The Workday Reporting Analyst will create and maintain complex calculated fields, analyze data sets, drive impactful business recommendations based on finds within data, and have strong problem-solving capabilities.

Position: Workday Reporting Analyst
Location: Onsite in Katy, TX
Duration: Direct Hire
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience of Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- 2+ years of Workday reporting (data analytics, visualization, dashboards, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Experience Preferred:
- UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Analytics module experience
- Workday PRISM or similar alternative experience such as SAP Cloud Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Web applications experience
- E-commerce / Retail platform experience
