Workday Administrator 

Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX or Laredo, TX 
Duration: Direct Hire! 
Salary: $621/hr.-$35/hr. + Annual Bonus (7-10%)

Job Title: Workday Administrator

Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced individual to fill the role of Workday Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday administration and a keen eye for detail. As a Workday Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing our Workday system and ensuring accurate and efficient data management. Additionally, the ability to pass a credit check is essential for this position, as outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  1. Workday Administration: Utilize your expertise in Workday administration to manage system configurations, security, and user access.
  2. Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job details, and compensation data within the Workday system.
  3. System Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and streamline processes to improve overall efficiency.
  4. Troubleshooting: Address user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to the Workday system in a timely manner.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding data privacy and security.
  6. Credit Check Processing: Conduct credit checks on individuals as part of the hiring process, assessing factors such as collections, delinquency, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and car repossession.
  7. Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to support system integrations and data exchange processes.
  9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionality and best practices.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Workday administration, including system configuration and user support.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Workday certification or relevant coursework demonstrating proficiency in Workday administration.
  • Familiarity with Workday Studio for system integrations and data management.
