UKG / Kronos Administrator
Are you passionate about transforming workforce management and optimizing employee performance? We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a UKG Kronos Administrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in workforce management.
Location: San Antonio, TX (On-Site)
Compensation: $65,000 - $107,000 per year + stellar benefits
Day to Day:
- Configuring and maintaining the Kronos system to meet the organization's requirements.
- Managing user access and permissions within the Kronos system.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Kronos users.
- Creating and maintaining Kronos reports and dashboards.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with HR, payroll, and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the Kronos system.
- Keeping up to date with new features and updates in the Kronos system.
- Training users on how to use the Kronos system effectively.
Required Experience:
- UKG / Kronos administration experience (Pro WFM / Dimensions)
- 3+ years of application support experience
- patching, updates, etc.
- Timekeeping and Scheduling experience
Additional Experience preferred:
- API Integration experience
- UKG integration experience
- Peoplesoft HCM (HR, Benefits, Payroll)
- Dell Boomi Product experience
