System Administrator
Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX
Duration: Full-Time / Direct Hire
Salary Range: $56,000-$70,000 + Annual Bonus
Requirements:
- 1 + year Sys Admin/Help Desk experience
- Demonstrated experience/interest in installing, upgrading, enhancing, and supporting Hyland’s OnBase software
- Experience to develop and maintain OnBase administration tasks including security, roles, users, managing errors and installation
- Experience develop and maintain OnBase Dynamic and Static document retention processes
- Experience develop and maintain OnBase Workflows, DIP and COLD processes
- Hyland OnBase Certified System Administration (OCSA) and OnBase Certified Workflow Administration (OCWA)
- OnBase Certified Application Programming Interface (OCAPI) certification
- Document Management, Automation and Business improvement acumen
- Demonstrated experience with implementing/troubleshooting IIS and Windows server 2019
- Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve OnBase issues, understanding and supporting processes and OnBase applications across multiple business areas
- Ability to maintain proper configuration and access control across environments, understand user access controls, system security and permissions
- Experience writing complex queries with MS SQL server database 2016 or higher
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task between projects and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in and contributing to a team-oriented and collaborative environment that values positive, collegial relationships among co-workers
- Strong leadership and self- direction
