Job Description
Supervisor Business Process Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Austin, Texas (2 days per week onsite)
Salary Range: $130-145k + Bonus
Duration: FTE - Direct Hire
Ideal Experience:
- 5+ years of experience Business Analyst/Process Analyst/Business Process Analyst role
- Heavy Agile experience
- Experience with Business process framework (BPM framework)
- Experience as supervisor or manager
- Experience with lifecycle management process overview
- Business or Product Transformation experience
- Experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana.
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Agilist are a plus
- BPM, CCBA or CBAP certifications
