Position: Senior Engineering Manager (UI)
Location: Onsite in Katy, TX
Duration: Direct Hire
Work Experience:
- Over 10 years of expertise in UI Engineering, Web Development, Software Development, or a similar field.
- More than 3 years of experience leading teams to develop and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Hands-on experience building web interfaces using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React is beneficial but not mandatory.
Skills:
- Extensive experience in designing and developing user interfaces for both mobile and desktop platforms, including responsive design and cross-platform native applications.
- Strong ability to communicate development strategies and reasoning to key stakeholders while collaborating with team members to find solutions.
- Proven capability to spot improvement opportunities and drive positive change.
- Skilled in assessing risks and trade-offs, making well-prioritized decisions rooted in strategic thinking.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of quickly understanding needs, breaking down challenges, and taking initiative with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate with diverse individuals across various roles and levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
- Passionate about personal development, open to feedback, and committed to continuously improving based on constructive criticism.
