Job Description
- Develop and maintain core ServiceNow modules with a focus on ITSM and SPM.
- Update and manage integrations between ServiceNow and systems including EPIC, OnBase, Premiere ERP, and PeopleSoft.
- Support and maintain ServiceNow applications such as CMDB, ITSM, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), and CSM (Customer Service Management).
- Build and enhance service catalogs, including complex workflows requiring multi-team approvals and routing.
- Support and upgrade the EPIC-ServiceNow integration and troubleshoot issues related to EMR Help.
- Drive best practices in ITIL-based processes including Change Management, SLAs, incident routing, and request fulfillment.
- Participate in and lead regression and integration testing for updates, patches, and new releases.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance our Change process to align with ServiceNow’s intended capabilities.
Required:
- Strong hands-on experience developing ITSM and SPM ServiceNow modules.
- Proven ability to build and maintain complex service catalogs with multi-step approvals.
- Experience supporting a variety of integrations with ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, patching processes, upgrades, and release cycles.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools within ServiceNow to drive operational improvements.
- Working knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management principles.
Preferred:
- Experience with CMDB and CSM modules.
- Understanding of integration points with OnBase, EPIC, ERP (Premiere), and PeopleSoft.
- Ability to perform testing (regression, integration, etc.) independently.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc.).
