Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the operationalization of a large-scale Salesforce integration with a national call center. This individual will establish execution frameworks, align operational KPIs with system delivery, and guide cross-functional teams through a complex, high-visibility transformation. The ideal candidate has successfully led similar large-scale initiatives, thrives in ambiguous environments, and brings a steady, structured leadership presence to drive results across dozens of stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive work plans to operationalize a large-scale call center integration with a greenfield Salesforce environment.
- Establish program governance structures, execution frameworks, and workflow organization within Jira (including swim lanes and tracking structures), with potential use of Smartsheet.
- Align operational KPIs system implementation and delivery milestones.
- Track and manage program budgets (multi-million-dollar scale), ensuring strong financial visibility and performance reporting.
- Drive coordination across dozens of contributors, connecting interdependencies across technical, operational, and business teams.
- Provide structured leadership in complex or ambiguous situations serving as a steady “North Star” to maintain clarity and direction.
- Monitor program performance against key metrics such as on-time delivery, budget adherence, and 99.9% uptime objectives.
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum across the full program lifecycle.
Must-Haves
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs with comparable scope and complexity.
- Strong background in program governance, execution planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience tracking and reporting against multi-million dollar budgets.
- Ability to align operational KPIs with system and technology delivery.
- Advanced experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
- Exposure to Salesforce and/or contact center-related projects.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to remain effective in ambiguous environments.
Nice-to-Haves
- PMP certification and/or Agile certifications.
- Experience with Smartsheet or comparable portfolio management tools.
