Position: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote, client is located in Central Time Zone
Pay Rate: 50/hr (depending on experience)
Duration: 3 month contract
We are currently seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background working with Salesforce, to lead a comprehensive overhaul of our clients Salesforce platform. Due to recent acquisitions, their data environment is fragmented, and are looking to create more efficient processes.
Responsibilities
• Conducting a thorough analysis of their existing Salesforce configuration, including workflows, automations, and data quality.
• Leveraging Einstein capabilities to enhance sales productivity.
• Recommending and implementing out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions to streamline processes.
• Effectively communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer.
Qualifications
• A minimum five years of professional experience writing Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Documents.
• Detailed experience managing Salesforce integration projects at-scale.
• Expertise working with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.
• Professional experience using JIRA, Confluence, or other project/defect tracking tools
• Ability to lead scrum meetings
Additional "Bonus" Experience:
• PMP or similar certification
• Salesforce related certification(s)
• Healthcare industry experience
