Job Description

We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support a greenfield Salesforce-to-call-center initiative on the national scale. This role requires a highly capable, steady professional who can quickly assess undefined business processes, facilitate structured requirements sessions, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements for Salesforce and related systems. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, brings strong facilitation skills, and can visually articulate complex workflows to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, including call center leadership and operational teams.
  • Rapidly analyze and define end-to-end business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for clarification.
  • Translate business needs into structured, detailed functional requirements suitable for Salesforce and supporting systems.
  • Create visual representations of workflows, screen flows, and process diagrams.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions, guiding busy executive and operational stakeholders through productive discussions.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with implementation plans.
  • Support rapid team mobilization and provide structure during early-phase program execution.

Must-Haves
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst focused on Salesforce-related projects on a national scale.
  • Adept ability to define and document business processes from inception.
  • Proven ability to translate business language into technical requirements related to a Salesforce implementation and associated integration work.
  • Ability to create visual workflows and bring requirements to life through diagrams and process models using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, leading requirements workshops and managing stakeholder discussions.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Prior call center or contact center project experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale operational transformations.
  • Familiarity with visual modeling or workflow design tools beyond Visio and Lucidchart.
