About the Role:
We're seeking a talented BI Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence infrastructure. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience writing and executing complex SQL queries
- Proven experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and at least one of the following:
- SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts
- Ability to independently design and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with Business Intelligence tools and methodologies (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with back-end SQL administration tasks (patching, security, upgrades)
- Familiarity with modern data technologies (cloud data warehouses, big data tools)
- Strong data analysis skills
