Job Description

Title:  Project Manager - Digital Workflows         
Location:  San Antonio, Texas
Duration:  6 Months contract with potential to extend
Pay Rate:  $70- $90$/hr DOE Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of document management and workflow automation solutions for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, document management systems, and workflow analysis, with a focus on driving efficiency and productivity through technology solutions. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the planning and execution of the document management project, including the implementation of document management and workflow automation solutions to streamline business processes. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and develop detailed project plans and schedules. 
  • Identify and engage with vendors and external consultants to support the implementation of document management and workflow automation technologies. 
  • Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. 
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders to review project status, address issues, and mitigate risks. 
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities to support successful implementation and adoption of new technologies. 
  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, including status reports, implementation plans, and post-implementation reviews, to project sponsors and stakeholders.
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on implementing document management and workflow automation solutions. 
  • Strong understanding of document management systems, workflow analysis methodologies, and best practices for business process automation. 
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage project budgets, and coordinate cross-functional project teams. 
  • Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive decision-making in a collaborative environment. 
  • Experience with document management software such as SharePoint, Alfresco, or Documentum preferred. 
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
