Job Description


 
Title:  Program Manager
Location:  100% remote – MUST be in Texas  
Duration:  6 month contract to hire. 

Must Haves:
  • 10 + years’ experience with Project Management experience 
  • 5+ years dedicated to IT projects with FinTech or financial technology projects
  • 3 + years of Program Management experience
    • Overseeing multi-PM's 
    • Presenting in SteerCO 
    • Project Scheduling
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall projects (bonus if they have driven Agile transformation before)
  • Financial Project Experience Min of $4 Million required with project scope including external stakeholders/3rd parties in budget 
  • Professional presentation experience to internal, external, and C-Level stakeholders 
  • MS Project experience


Nice-to-Haves:
Planview Experience 
Any PMI Certs
