Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the "lift and shift" of three major entities: the Data Center (Colo), Corporate Headquarters, and the Distribution Center (Warehouse).
  • Partner with the Director to establish a formal PMO framework, including standing up a Steering Committee and preparing monthly updates for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Consignment Project: Teasing out business requirements for inventory management and replenishment.
  • MarTech Transformation: Managing the loyalty program "lift and shift" and coordinating dependencies for new email and social media platforms.
  • Microsoft Tenant Migration: Managing the technical split of tenants between US and European business units.
  • Gather, summarize, and document business requirements and decisions, even in the absence of formal BA tools or templates.
  • Serve as the "right hand" to the lead Architect and coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., physical move firms) and internal Executive Directors.
  • Provide direction and "pull along" existing tactical project managers to align with the new PMO methodology

Must Haves:
  • 8–10+ Years of IT Project Management Experience
  • Infrastructure & Data Center Experience: Proven track record of managing physical or logical data center moves, office relocations, or warehouse build-outs.
  • Willingness to work in a tool-less environment; expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking and executive reporting.
  • Ability to "lead from behind" and communicate effectively with a C-suite/PE-firm-led leadership team.
  • Immediate Availability: Prioritized for candidates who can start immediately or with minimal notice to hit the June 30th relocation deadline.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Retail Industry Background: Specific experience with merchandising, store operations, or distribution center workflows.
  • M&A or Divestiture Experience: Past performance in high-pressure environments involving company split-offs or PE firm acquisitions.
  • PMP Certification: Preferred for the sake of methodology
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Tenant migrations, MarTech stacks (Loyalty/Email/Social), and Colo setups.
