Title:  Manager of Enterprise Data Management          
Location:  Remote
Salary:  $135,000 + Bonus + Benefits 

Must Haves:
  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
  • 4+ years experience in data management
  • 2+ years leadership experience (Team Lead or Management) in Data/Salesforce related environment
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce (tools/instances, etc)
  • Strong understanding of data governance
  • Strong understanding of architecture
 
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience leading Salesforce implementations
  • Experience working in a Higher Ed/Continuing Education environment
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  A Higher Education client is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Data Management to join the team. This individual will be responsible for managing a Data team and a Salesforce team of 7 total with the goal to drive ongoing projects. This individual needs to intimately understand Salesforce and data to ensure the team is using everything in the correct way. They do not need to be hands on for any builds, integrations, coding- but more understand the background so they can provide strategic reviews from a data perspective to ensure alignment with the data strategy.
