Responsibilities:
  • Provide immediate local support for production facility issues and breakdowns.
  • Manage the operating system layer and applications on servers, ensuring proper backups, patching, restore capabilities, and security.
  • Support a Microsoft ecosystem including O365, Active Directory (on-premise and cloud-synchronized), and cloud-native Intune.
  • Utilize Teamviewer for remote troubleshooting as needed.
  • Prioritize production issues, understanding their direct impact on the business.
  • When not actively engaged in other tasks, maintain old systems, server rooms, and network cabinets.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively in layman's terms to non-technical staff.
  • Escalate Network-related issues to our IT Managed Service Provider.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly team meetings with the global IT team.

Must-Haves:
  • Experience administering and supporting Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Proficiency supporting users with Microsoft 365 products and services.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and support.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune device management.
  • Experience using or supporting Power Automate workflows.
  • Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., Teamviewer).
