Direct Hire - Job Order

Title: CTO       
Location:  Onsite in San Antonio, TX
Salary:  $175-225K base plus bonuses and stock options

Must Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience as a technology leader, ideally as a CTO or a senior technology executive, in a fast-growing or smaller company (experience wearing different hats)
  • Strong technical background with expertise in .NET, O365, SQL, Salesforce environment preferred  
  • Experience scaling technology teams and managing direct reports - please provide examples  
  • BA degree   
 
Nice to Haves:
  • Prior experience with Legal, Tax, or any other similar industry  
  • Any relevant Certs  
  • Experience going from start up to successful sell
