Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Case Management platform initiative within a healthcare environment. This role will focus heavily on gathering and documenting functional requirements, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering solutions that manage the lifecycle of cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident working with clinical stakeholders, and skilled at translating complex operational processes into clear requirements and visual workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit, document, and refine detailed functional requirements for a Case Management platform supporting healthcare operations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings with doctors, nurses, clerks, and operational staff to understand workflows and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and visual documentation.
  • Support Agile delivery processes, potentially leading Scrum ceremonies if necessary.
  • Partner with existing Scrum Masters, Product teams, and technical resources to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Document case intake processes across multiple channels (portal submissions, mailed documentation, electronic sources) and ensure accurate integration into medical records.
  • Support projects with call center-related components as they intersect with case management workflows.
  • Help manage evolving business needs and ensure clarity in case lifecycle processes from intake through resolution.

Must-Haves
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional Business Analysis or functional project support experience.
  • Strong expertise gathering and documenting functional/business requirements and documenting them by creating FRDs/BRDS.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of Scrum practices.
  • Proven ability to create wireframes, workflow diagrams, and process documentation with tools such as Lucid, Miro, Balsamiq, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence facilitating meetings with clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Healthcare industry experience.

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience supporting case management or medical record platforms.
  • Exposure to call center–related projects or workflows.
  • Prior experience leading Scrum ceremonies or acting as a project lead in an Agile environment.
