Job Description

Title:  Scrum Master                     
Location:  100% remote anywhere in the U.S. Candidate will need to be able to start at 7am Pacific 
Duration:  6 month contract
Pay Rate:  55.00

Must Haves:
  • 2+ years of using Scrum agile methodology
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously without impact to quality of work
  • Experience being on Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes/organizations/cultures)
  • Knowledge of ADO and other agile tools to measure team productivity and report metrics
Nice to Haves:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification highly desired
  • JIRA
  • SOFTWARE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields or significant domain expertise
