UKG / Kronos Consultant

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a UKG Kronos Administrator. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation in workforce management. 

TITLE:   UKG Consultant 
Duration:  6 months plus 
Location:  100% Remote

Top 3-5:
  1. 5+ years of UKG/Kronos Consultant Experience 
    1. Timekeeping and Scheduling (basic and advanced scheduling) Modules required 
  2. 3+ years of Application Support
  3. Experience building new UKG Integrations
  4. Experience creating new complex schedules within Advanced scheduling 

Nice to Have:
  1. Experience going in after a UKG implementation and "cleaning it up" 
  2. PeopleSoft HCM (HR, Benefits, Payroll) Experience 
  3. Dell Boomi Product Experience 
  4. Experience creating an Epic integration with UKG
