AI Product Owner
Location: Katy Texas
Seeking a strategic Product Owner (5+ years) to lead the vision and execution of the Enterprise Data Platform and AI Engineering roadmaps. This is a critical leadership role responsible for translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements for data and AI teams. Requires a focus on Agile execution, compliance, and driving cultural adoption of AI/ML solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product vision and roadmap for scalable data and AI initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into epics and user stories for engineering teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum), prioritize backlog, and ensure sprint goals are met.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver solutions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Product Management/Ownership for Data/AI/ML platforms.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies (Jira/Azure DevOps).
- Strong experience translating business needs to technical specs for data/AI products.
- Familiarity with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau).
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of MLOps and AI/ML model lifecycle management.
- Experience with generative AI frameworks.
- Commitment to ethical AI and responsible data practices.
