Account Manager - Technical Staffing

Tech Quarry is seeking multiple Technical Account Managers to join our team of Talent professionals. With a high sense of urgency and flexibility, the incumbent will develop new business accounts, manage  current accounts, and work closely with Talent team. REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ Years of Professional IT Account Manager/ Business Development experience
  • 1+ Years of Professional IT Recruiting experience (agency preferred)
  • High sense of urgency
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated success in a highly competitive market
  • Confidence in fast-paced environments
  • Solid relationship driven sales process best practices
