About the Role:
As Lead Network Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise network. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, secure, and high-performance network infrastructure (LAN, WAN)
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime
- Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and security solutions
- Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices
- Stay up-to-date on emerging network technologies and trends
- Mentor and guide junior network engineers
- Document network configurations and procedures
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 8+ years of experience in Network Engineering
- Solid understanding of enterprise network design and integration principles
- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.)
- Experience with network troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset
