Your Key Responsibilities:
- Forge a Secure Future: Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and roadmaps, ensuring robust protection for all our assets.
- Build a 24/7 Watchtower: Design and establish a Security Operations Center (SOC) for continuous monitoring and threat detection.
- Navigate the NIST Landscape: Leverage your expertise in the NIST framework to ensure compliance and maximize security effectiveness.
- Bridge the Communication Gap: Master the art of communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, from boardrooms to executive leadership.
- Lead from Anywhere: While we prefer a San Antonio presence with 1-2 days/week in the office, we also welcome experienced remote candidates.
- Business Savvy with Tech Acumen: You understand the business language, guide your team strategically, and leverage technology as a valuable tool.
